OTR Company Driver Overview

  • Weekly pay that stacks up. Earn up to $1,650 per week,* running a consistent 2,500–3,000 miles every week.
  • Start with guaranteed pay. Earn a guaranteed $1,000 per week for each of your first 4 weeks, so you can settle in with confidence.
  • Home time you can plan around. Get home every weekend and for major holidays, with OTR options available if you want to run more miles and earn more.
  • Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch freight with 70% drop & hook loads, and 60% of freight on round-trip dedicated lanes.
  • Lanes and onboarding that work for you. No West Coast or Northeast runs, plus paid orientation with car and hotel provided.

Lease Purchase Details

  • A smarter path to ownership. Get started with $0 down and $0 interest on a walk-away lease, with 2–3 year terms and average truck payments of $600–$700 per week.
  • Finish free and clear. Complete your lease with the title in hand, free and clear.
  • Equipment ready for the road. Lease Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators.
  • Keep more of what you earn. Minimal settlement deductions, plus 100% of Suit’s tire, fuel, and maintenance discounts.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay for company drivers ranges from 45–55CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
